It’s important to understand that our maintenance service is not guaranteed when you buy the fountain. The Fountain Creations & Wellness Service department is separate from the Installation department. Although there are costs associated with maintenance, the maintenance needed is minimal, and so a lot of our clients opt to perform some of the smaller tasks themselves throughout the year.

If you’re reading this and you own a fountain that we did not install, we may still be able to perform maintenance on it. Most fountains are not all that different when it comes down to it.
